Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submitting your manuscript to Pacific International Journal

Pacific International Journal receives all manuscript submissions electronically on our editors through online submission or via email address  editor.pij@gmail.com / editor@pacificinternationaljournal.com allows for rapid submissions of an original and revised manuscript, as well as facilitating the review process and internal communication between author, editors, and reviewers, via a web-based platform.

All manuscripts must be original work not yet submitted to any other journal or publications. Each manuscript must be accompanied by a statement that it has not been published elsewhere and that it has not been submitted simultaneously for publication elsewhere. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyright to the publisher. All accepted the manuscript’s artwork and photographs become the property of the publisher. Receipt of the manuscript will be acknowledged and authors should retain a copy of the manuscript exactly as it was submitted.

Manuscript Preparation

  • All manuscripts must be accompanied by a short abstract of max. 250 words and a list of no more than six keywords, which define the subject matter. Avoid abbreviations, diagrams, and reference to the text in the abstract.
  • All manuscripts should include at least the following sections: abstractintroduction; literature review; methodology; findings; conclusions; and references.
  • All files should be submitted as a Word document(.doc or docx).
  • Manuscripts should normally not exceed  20 pages (everything included).
  • Manuscripts must be single-spaced, and 12-point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins left, right, top and bottom.
  • Please use the IEEE style for in-text citations and reference list.
  • Manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the formatting guidelines. Please do NOT include the AUTHORS(s)’ NAMES in the file name BEFORE your paper accepted.

  • All references cited in the article must be listed in the references and the names must be spelled correctly in both places (This is one point that often is overlooked).
  • Please do NOT use footnotes and do NOT list references as footnotes at the end of each page.
  • Please perform a cross-check to make sure that all citations used in the manuscript are included in the references and all articles in the references are cited in the manuscript.
  • Please make sure that all tables, figures, and charts are complete, accurate, correctly titled, and are correctly referenced in the text.
  • If any table, figure or chart is taken directly from another publication, you need to include a release (permission to publish) from the original publisher.

All authors published their research papers in Pacific International Journal are entitled to following rights and obligations

  1. Authors hold full copyright and self-archiving rights, they transfer the publishing rights to Pacific International Journal.
  2. We do decline to publish material where a pre-print or working paper has been previously mounted online.
  3. We allow authors to get their seminar papers published with a note about the seminar if the paper is not mounted online.
  4. The research and review papers published in Pacific International Journal can be archived in any private or public archives online or offline. Authors are allowed to archive their article in open access repositories as post-prints. Note: a post-print is the version incorporating changes and modifications resulting from peer-review comments.
  5. Authors are free to use the link to our published papers and share the published papers online or offline in the final format printed on the Journal website.
